Course Description
Transforming strategy into action is essential for the success of any organization, and Scaled Agile Framework® contributes significantly to this goal. Our Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) course provides powerful tools to coordinate among cross-functional teams, grant more freedom to your groups, and remain oriented towards value creation even during extreme change.
This LPM course will help executives, PMOs, and other relevant stakeholders adjust their initiatives in response to changes in the business environment. You’ll learn how portfolio strategy aligns with work execution within agile frameworks and how feedback from participatory budgeting can be integrated into the process. Also, you’ll acquire the necessary guidance and tools to function effectively in remote settings working with dispersed team members while maintaining your budgeting vision.

Prerequisites and Eligibility
- The course is open to all, regardless of experience
- Familiarity with Agile will help you best benefit from the course
- Prior experience in a SAFe environment is beneficial
- Prior training in Leading SAFe® or SAFe® PO/PM would be of further advantage
